Once your order is placed, you'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email within 48 hours. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving, as your order will not be available for pickup before then.

Shipping Within Canada & the USA

We offer:

Standard Shipping: 14 business days
Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Important Update: Delays for USA-bound Shipments

Due to recent changes in the customs clearance process between Canada and the USA, shipping times to the United States are currently much longer than usual. Customers should expect a delivery timeframe of 3–5 weeks.

If you need your order sooner, we recommend placing your order under the address of a friend or family member who lives near the Canada–USA border. We can ship your order to a Canadian border location, where it can typically be received within 3–5 days, allowing them to bring it across the border faster.
